The war was a terrible time for him, and Oskar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Nalral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nalral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
