History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Through the years after Everard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Everard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.
