Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Cloak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
