Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a blue shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 2'10" when asserting himself. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: Eiravel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: This malnourished man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
