History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Oriax was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oriax's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ar-Kaius alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
