History: Halander was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Halander never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.
