History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
