Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length orange fur. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his small brown hat.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Cloud was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Server. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. A true patriot, Nelkin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Oloric has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He has no fur. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
