History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Pelaios hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and many drow want him driven away

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Rimple and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Barkeep father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
