Description: He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has no hair. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ront took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Ront and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Rangrim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rangrim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'8". He wears a worn and beaten armor. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are amber.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Jebeddo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jebeddo was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears skinny pants and wears a red and grey robe with the hood down. His hair is golden and curly. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker red hat.
Personality: Hamil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hamil grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When Hamil reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
