Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bulzo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
