Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He worked as a nervous Blacksmith and found it very stressful. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Fax hails from a village terrorized by drow. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Fax and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he wants revenge against brigands
