Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
