Description: He is a husky man, who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. His orange fur has been sun bleached extensively. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep copper.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to be a barber again

Description: He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He is portly but not overly obese. His yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shifting took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a very tight haircut. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears dull black sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was born in a small desert village. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sammal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Mason.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His head has been shaved. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Cockaby lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Cockaby was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Cockaby was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
