History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Joser was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
