When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the south. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born into a rich family. Whurbin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
