Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears long strands of opal and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His white hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nutae is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ugarth's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Ugarth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ugarth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
