Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Fulbar has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
