History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Quarethon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a Fisher soon after.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
