History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Burgell grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Burgell. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Sheggen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
