Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the east to a Bather, Lorm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently the stress of being a Bather has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Tod was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ogg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Weaver. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
