History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a fancy tan suit. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Damakos was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Damakos decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father

He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Interpreter born in the past three hundred years. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Animal Trainer, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
