Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Cask lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Cask and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt and is in decent physical shape. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: This slender man stands about 6'9". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His fur is lavender and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines yellow.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.
