History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fulbar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
