History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the south. Paelias was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
