History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Thamuz learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Thamuz was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Naal was born the youngest of three triplets. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blonde hair is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 5'5". He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gubrash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
