History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to clean up the streets
