History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently the stress of being a Guard has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Skirt grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. During his travels, Skirt and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Skirt discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Skirt fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
