History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fabien embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Gnome Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to unite with his sister

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mason born in the past three hundred years. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new mason responsibilities is difficult

His blonde hair is still thick. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and someone believes him a fraud
