Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
