History: Brogg was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Detective. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

His hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Hugh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.
