History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. History: Nelkin was born with his mother's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
