He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ratlûg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Kelter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
