His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Baern studied abroad. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Curran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Curran hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Dadalan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Dadalan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Nuraval speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
