History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.
