History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
