History: He was raised in a plains tribe. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Cimer speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
