Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Balimaar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balimaar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Nutae was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nutae's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
