Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a simple grey robe with blue stripes complete with hood. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pallabar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and revenge

Personality: Balam is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. He is baby faced.

History: Rûkdûg lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Snagog embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Snagog and his spouse have recently divorced.
