Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
