When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Vlorn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vlorn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Zedaar was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sculptor and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a crush on the local dilettante
