History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
