Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a yellow tunic with red highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is short and auburn. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He is greedy; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: This man stands a little under 4'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He likes to wear white tank tops with yellow pants. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Nuraval began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and revenge

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He got into the Healer business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He tends to his Healer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and further expansion of business
