History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Shivering was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
