Description: A 2'10" northern man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This southern man very much looks the part of a Miller. His clothes are grease stained in places. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Don was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears long strands of amethyst and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He is wearing a tight pastel one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He carries with him a set of kukris, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Hork's homeland. Hork decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'11" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and his religion dominates his actions
