He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He's also a talented Seamstress, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
