Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Ortegar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barkeep.
