His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Aelar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
