Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and is pretty ugly. His fur, while still mostly cinnamon, has prominent grey streaks. His ears are large.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.
