Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Varis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the east to a Cartwright, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Dagger was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dagger's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a hunchback. His black hair is cut short. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Himo took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
